2024 Solar Eclipse “Temporary Use Permit”

• An approved permit allows for short-term activities or events to which the public may be invited, and which are conducted on private property. These may be single day events or multi-day events.

• To apply for a Permit – please contact the Perry County Judge’s Office – 310 West Main Street Perryville, AR or call 501-889-5128

•  Applications must be complete before being reviewed or approved by the County Permit Committee. Cost and other requirements for an application are identified by Perry County Ordinance.

• All applications must include proof of appropriate Special Event Liability Insurance coverage.
