RETAIL VENDOR APPLICATION & INFORMATION

Retail vendors are invited to participate in the Perryville Family Eclipse Festival April 6-7, 2024. Numerous activities will be occurring throughout Perryville in the days leading to the historic eclipse on April 8th, with live music, a kids zone, food trucks, and retail vendors. We are seeking a variety of vendors - arts and crafts, repurposed goods, packaged food items, apparel, vintage and antique items, new merchandise, etc. - and we want you to join us!

 • The Perryville Family Eclipse Festival will take place from 10:00am until 8:00pm Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7.

 • Retail booth fee is $50. Space for camping will also be available for out of town vendors at an additional cost. • No refunds will be issued due to weather or otherwise. The event will take place rain or shine.

 • Retail vendors will be assigned a 12’x12’ space. • A limited number of spaces will have electricity provided for an additional fee of $20.  Quiet generators (provided by the vendors) may be used.

 • No firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind may be sold. No political paraphernalia my be sold or put on display. • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc.

 • Vendors may set up Friday, April 5 from 5-7pm and Saturday morning, April 6 beginning at 7am.

 • Vendors are required to collect sales tax on all sales. You will be issued a Department of Finance and Administration sales tax envelope when you check in.

 • Vendors are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your booth, merchandise, and trash.

 • The city of Perryville, its staff and volunteers will not be responsible for any injury, theft, loss or damage to vendors, their merchandise, or their vehicles.

 • To be considered as a vendor for the Perryville Family Eclipse Festival, complete the online vendor application found below. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by festival officials.

 • Application, payment, and vendor agreement/liability waiver must be received to reserve booth space. Payment instructions and agreement/liability waiver will be sent to you after application has been accepted.

 • Payment may be made online with PayPal after the application has been accepted.
